Eddy Obinna, the lawmaker representing Aboh-Mbaise state constituency in Imo Area of Meeting, has disclosed that it was once Emeka Ihedioha’s highhandedness and vindictive taste of presidency that made him go away the Peoples Democratic Celebration, PDP, for the All Progressives Congress, APC, within the state.
The lawmaker mentioned this on Thursday on the plenary whilst supporting a movement, which prayed that the state Resident Electoral Commissioner and Returning Officer, who declared Emeka Ihedioha winner of March nine Imo governorship election be arrested and prosecuted forthwith.
The movement as moved through the member representing Obowo state constituency, Kennedy Ibeh and cosponsored through twenty different individuals, accused the state REC, Prof. Chukwuemeka Ezeonu and the Returning Officer, Prof. Francis Otunta of illegally stating Ihedioha winner therefore, will have to be made to stand the song.
Eddy Obinna stated that the Superb Courtroom has given a landmark judgement after going thru prison jurisprudences, describing its ruling as ultimate.
He stated that through returning Hope Uzodinma because the Governor of Imo through the Apex Courtroom, the flag of PDP has been reduced and APC’s raised up for Imo other folks to include it.
