President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) have closed their defence at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
President Muhammadu Buhari’s legal team, led by Wole Olanipekun (SAN) and lead lawyer to the APC, Lateef Fagbemi announced the intentions to close their defence when they appeared before the tribunal on Thursday.

Did prove anything by the time he close his case? He tendered the same result sheets declared by INEC but failed to prove that results contained in the those results sheets are false or are showing that he has won, he failed woefully to prove that server exist,

On the basis that he lied in his INEC form that his certificates are with the military board.
On the basis that the results stated in his INEC form differ from results we have seen in documentation he has presented outside.
